Now Fesco provides an online portal through which you can apply for a new connection. The Procedure of applying for a new connection is very easy. Simply follow the steps given below to apply for a new connection.

Documents Required for a New Connection?

The fesco new connection application form require some basic information including:

  • Name.
  • Address.
  • Contact Information.
  • Property documents.
  • Load demand assessment form.
  • You will also need to attach a copy of your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).

How to Get FESCO Online Demand Notice?

After applying for a new connection, fesco will issue a demand notice after verifying your new connection request. Normally, Fesco charges 9800 for installation and a guarantee of a 3KW connection. You will get all the details on the ENC Portal when you download or print your Fesco demand notice by using your tracking id with the (ENC Website) with the button given below.

Fesco New Connection Eligibility Criteria?

Eligibility criteria usually depend on the connection you are installing. There are two connections Including a residential connection and a commercial connection. Name, Address, contact information etc will also be required on the application form.

Residential connection requirements includes:

  •  Valid NIC (National Identity Card).
  •  Proof of ownership of the property. 

Commercial connection requirements includes:

  • Valid NTN (National Tax Number).
  • Lease agreement.
  • Business registration documents.

After filling all the necessary documents you will need to attach:

  • Copy of your (CNIC).
  • Load demand assessment. (Obtained from the customer service center or Fesco website).
  • Copy of your property document.

Note: A registered electrical contractor should fill out the load demand assessment form. 

How to apply for New Connection:

There are two ways to apply for a new connection. Offline and Online Method.

Offline method:

 Follow the steps given below to obtain an application offline.

  1. Visit the sub-division Fesco office which is near to you.
  2. Obtain an application form without any cost. 
  3. Fill out the application by providing accurate and full details of the required application.
  4. Attach all the documents with the application that are asked.
  5. Submit the application to the customer center or subdivision office. 
  6. After verifying your given information, fesco will give you an estimated cost of the connection.
  7. After payment, fesco will provide a new connection within a specific time.

Online method:

 Follow the steps given below to obtain an application online.

  1. First of all, visit the (ENC) Website by clicking on the button above.
  2. Click on the ‘apply’ button that is below the ‘home’ button on the top left side of the portal.
  3. Enter your neighbor’s reference number in the box which is on the top right side of the portal. 
  4. After entering a reference number the system will automatically retrieve the information of your neighbor including the Neighbor’s Name, Address, Name of the distribution company, corresponding sub-division code and name.
  5. After providing the necessary data, you have to select the connection (Residential connection and Commercial connection) that you need. Select Domestic Type if you require a residential connection. Select Corresponding Type if you need a connection for commercial use.
  6. Fill in your personal details below, after selecting connections that fulfill your need.
  7. Select the “landlord” option if the property where you need connection is yours. Similarly, if the property is not yours select the ‘tenant’ option.
  8. Enter your name in the ‘Application Name’ box, After this enter your father or husband’s name in the box which is parallel to it.
  9. Select your ‘Citizenship’, if you are Pakistani select ‘Pakistani’ if you are out of Pakistan select ‘Foreigner’.
  10. Enter your CNIC or NIC in the box below.
  11. In the Mobile No 1 box, enter an active number and In Mobile No 2 box enter your father’s or husband’s number.
  12. Enter your Details in the ‘Contact Person Information’ section below.
  13. Also, Fill in the premises Details.
  14. After providing all the details, you will be asked to attach the documents which are mentioned earlier. Select your scanned copies one by one. Before proceeding make sure that the information you provided is correct before submitting it.
  15. Click on the submit button, after solving the captcha and agree to the terms and conditions. Then your request for the new connection will be submitted.
