You can reach the ENC ( Electricity new connection) website by clicking on the button below. You can change your electricity bill by following the steps given below. 

                                                      

• Open the ENC website by the button given above.
• Click on the Change button which is mentioned with red arrows in the image above.
• Click on the application type ‘change of name’.
• Provide your Reference Number, NIC or CNIC, and Phone Number.
• Provide your current name and your father or husband’s name in a box that is parallel to it.
• Provide your new name and provide your father or husband’s name.
• After providing all the details, upload the attachment including the Attested CNIC Copy, Electricity bill copy of the applicant and Ownership proof. 
• Click on the ‘Submit button’ after agreeing to the terms and conditions.
